I have employed Tag Plmn (Tim Good) twice for repair to 2 different shower mixing valves. Both times I shopped around prior to contacting his company and his price quote was the lowest ($50-75) both times. When describing the problem to other companies, several said that they would have to access the valve from adjoining rooms through the wall (cut a hole in the sheet rock that I would be responsible to repair) or that they would have to mount a metal plate in my shower to cover the hole that had to be cut into the fiberglass shell to access the valve. Tim stated up front he could execute the work without incurring any other cosmetic damage and would supply the parts needed as part of his quote. Some of the other companies did not include required material as part of their quote. Tim arrived at the stated time, quickly repaired the showers, cleaned up the work site then gave me a tour of his work truck (yeah, it's big enough for a tour). I will recommend Tim Good and his company to all my friends.

At the last minute my main water line got backed up, I made a phone call to tag plumbing and they were able to come out the same day. Thier customer service skills was indeed exceptional, they were able to clear the drains without making my living space a mess (my worry) and they were very friendly. I would not only recommend them, but would definitly use them again.

I have used Tag Plumbing now twice in the past few months and both occassions were flawless. Tim is a true professional in his industry knowledge, work ethic, and customer interactions. My hot water burst one evening and was leaking water all over the place. After calling many places, Tim's cost and courteous demeanor won me over and his team was tearing out my old heater and installing a brand new one the first thing the next morning. My second call to them was to install a fire ring over the hot water heater and to help reseat a downstairs toilet on new wax rings. Tim was in and out in a half hour and was happy to help! Their work is top notch and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone (and have!).

As a retired teacher who has spent 30 plus years thinking /grading performance, I am reporting the superior performance of this company. Quick response, speedy resolution of plumbing problems,professional/knowledgeable/courteous actions of Tim Good plus fair prices combine for total satisfaction of this customer for her beach rentals. I would recommend this company to senior citizens, young people, anyone who wants quality work and service at a reasonable and competitive price.

A friend referred me to TAG Plumbing and I was very pleased with the service provided. He was quick in responding, showed up when expected, and was very fair in charging for his services. He discussed what needed to be done before he proceeded with the work, and guarantees his work. He has a good work ethic and a pleasant personality. I will definitely call him again when I need a plumber!
