They don't return phone calls

The company came out because the 21 y/o water heater provided limited hot water. Yep, 21 y/o. The tech just turned up the thermostat, said it was working, collected money and left. Research showed that water heaters prior to 97 had plastic dip tubes (cold water) that lasted only a few years. Now they use polyethelyne tubes. Called for another appointment because it still provides limited hot water. Waited until 1 pm for their 9-12 appointment. Called and asked when they would appear. Receptionist said "I don't know". Asked if it would be 1 hr or 5 hrs; she said "I don't know". I asked her to contact them to find out. Heard nothing so I called back at 3 pm and left a message to please let me know something. It is 4 pm and I still haven't heard anything. Seems like my anger is getting hotter than the water in the water heater!
