One Stop Plumbing has by far given me the best plumbing service that I've had as a homeowner. My water heater had burst, and I called around to get the best prices. Roto-rooter and A-1 quoted me ridiculous prices! And, they did not have extended hours like One Stop Plumbing. I felt like I was talking to a huge corporation; they were impersonal and not willing to work with me. I called here, and the plumber was very friendly. He was able to come out to my house after I got off work (very convenient), and he explained everything to me as he went along. I felt less like a customer and more like a human being (unlike most places). It was good, AFFORDABLE quality service. I would recommend them to anyone that prefers excellent customer service, affordable prices, and flexible hours.
