Use the caught water on the house plants. Use the automatic clothes washer and dish washer only for full loads.
In the Yard: Water your lawn only when it needs it, water only in the early morning or early evening. Water only till it seeps down to the roots. Don't water on a windy day to reduce evaporation. Don't waste water cleaning driveways, sidewalks, and steps, use a broom. Use a bucket to wash your car, don't let the water run continuously. Cut the grass higher to prevent evaporation. Use your meter to find leaks.

What Have You Done Today To Save Water?
In the Kitchen: When washing dishes by hand use less detergent to minimize rinse water needed. Defrost food using the microwave or leave in the refrigerator over night. Use Automatic dish washer for full loads only. Rinse vegetables in a pan of water not by running water over them.
In the Bathroom: Install a water displacement bag in your toilet. This saves water when you flush. Check toilet for leaks by dropping die tablets into the tank. If color appears in the tank without flushing, there's a leak. Take a shallow bath instead of a shower. Install a shower flow restrictor. You'll save money by saving water and the energy used to heat it. Turn off the water while brushing your teeth. Rinse your razor with short blasts of water or by swishing it in a partly filled sink.
In the House: Check faucets for leaks. Most leaks are fixed with replacing a washer. Catch running water in a can while waiting for hot water to come down the pipes.

As a working single parent, I am always looking for the best deals. When I started having plumbing problems in my older home, I was nervous about being able to afford what I needed and to not get ripped off in the process. I called Nice Guy's because it said he would not charge a service call to come out. And he didn't. He was very professional and explained to me everything that needed done in a manner that I could understand. On top of all that, the rates he gave me couldn't be beat. When the work was completed I was so impressed. I know I got the best value for my money and I know I'll never call another plumber again. Nice Guy's has my business from now on!

I am a single mom with 4 kids and just bought a house in need of work. I am nervous about choosing out of the yellow pages but had no choice. Thank god I chose Guy! He came and fixed many odds and ends for me for the price that everyone else wanted to charge for just one repair. I can't believe how honest, fair and thorough he is. I have called him out for 3 service calls and have been just as happy as the first time. Thanks Nice Guy's for proving there still are honest dependable people out there.

I had Guy to my house for a repair on my hot water heater, first of all everyone that I did call gave me a very high estimate or they couldn't get my problem for at least three or four day's. Guy came out the same day after work and repaired it in a matter of 1 1/2 hrs. while we were talking I told him that I had a leaking faucet for about one year, well it took Guy about 15 min. to repair it. When Guy was finished he even suprised me, he cleaned up after himself. I will use Guy from now on for almost anything I have to have done around my house. And I will also recomend him to anyone that would like peice of mind in any work he does. Thank you Guy

This company is # 1 in my book we are 110% satisfied. I had a leaky bathroom faucet Guy was so reliable dependable & quick to the rescue he fixed my problem right the very first time . I highly recommend Nice Guys Plumbing. Then I needed another job done hes also a Ace handyman so Honest in his prices that I dont call anyone else anymore hes the man for all Jobs! A HAPPY CUSTOMER :-)
