I, Charlene Wimbish, have been doing hair since 1995. I attended William H. Maxwell Vocational High School in Brooklyn, NY then later moved to Norfolk, VA, were I am currently at NYC Celebrities as the top weave master. I can think of myself as one of the best in the world.
What makes me a great hair stylist is that I am very good in all areas in my profession: cut, up-do, flat twist etc. I don't only treat you like a customer; I treat you like a friend. When you come to my salon, we make you feel comfortable.

I've been wearing weaves for over 10 years and have gone to stylists on both the west and east coast. Charlene is one of the best and does an outstanding job. Yes….She will squeeze you in. However, the only drawback is that she is sometimes double, triple or quadruple booked. Be prepared to thread the needle and take down your own braids. I had a 3:00pm appointment for a full weave and did not get out of the shop until 10:00pm. It’s well worth the wait if you have the time.

The best hair stylist by far in Norfolk, Va. You can walk right in at any time of the day and Charlene will squeeze you in. Don't matter what kind style it is Charlene will hook you right up, if its a weave or natural hair.
