Just moved to Downtown Norfolk and was told about Metropolitan Cleaners. Very friendly staff and very cool dog! I needed my tux fast for a wedding and they were able to get my clothes in 24 hours. I finally found cleaners that care about their customers and their needs. I will be coming from now on to Metropolitan Cleaners! Check out the Dog ...

Very friendly staff and dog. However, I was promised that my clothes would be ready in 3 days and instead had to wait over a week for them to be ready with no explanation or apologies as to the delay. Avoid this place if you need your clothes back in a reasonable amount of time.

Very friendly. My clothing has always been on time, and most of the time ready before then. Very honest and reliable. And they have a beautiful little puppy that greats you at the door!

I was in town for Easter week and was in need of a dry clearer. The hotel recommened me to "Zoots". I was told the the cleaning would be done and returned to me the following day if it was processed before 12 noon. Well...not only did it take three days, but the shirts were wrinkled and the suit was missing a button on the pants. The red dress I had sent had a large red stain in the front. I need a clearner badly at that point. I looked the yellow pages and found Metro Cleaner (thank God) The owner picked up my clothes and promised I would have them back the following day. Here we go again. To my surprise, the clothes were on time, the shirts were pressed and on hangers (as I requested) the stain was off my red dress and even the button was replaced. I say "Great Job" to Corey Kiprakis of Metro Cleaners.
