* Alimony / Spousal Support: hourly

TRAFFIC DEFENSE

* Speeding (non - reckless driving): $500
* Reckless Driving (speeding or general): $750 - $1000
* Driving on a Suspended License: $750 - $1000
* DUI / DWI 1st or 2nd offense: $1500 - $2000
* DUI / DWI 3rd or subsequent offense (felony): $2500 - $3000

CRIMINAL DEFENSE

* Misdemeanors: $750 - $1500
* Felonies: $2500 - $10000
* Violent Felonies: $5000+

* Bond Hearing: $650 - $100* 0 (misdemeanor & felony)

Personal Injury/Civil Litigation:

Most cases are handled on a contingency basis. If we do not recover for you, you pay nothing.
Otherwise, our fee is based on a percentage of the amount recovered. Please call for a free case evaluation.
