Rude Sales People

I don't know where to start. They don't help you get dressed, they don't know their gowns well, they don't know how to dress different types of body types, and they are rude. They only let you try on three gowns per appointment. I don't think most girls know after only trying on three gowns which one they'll be wearing on their wedding day. I did not purchase my gown there. I would not recommend anyone else purchasing a gown there either.

I purchased a dress over a year ago but i never recieved it and now im still getting charged?!?!
