My name is Jerry Keel; I am the owner of Computer Medics of Suffolk. I would be pleased if you chose my business to help you.
Computer systems have become more complex over the years. We created this service to meet the needs of home users, home-based businesses and commercial businesses that prefer not to disconnect and drag their computers into a local shop for service only to wait weeks for it to be returned.
My commitment is to do more than simply service your computer - I want to be certain that you are completely satisfied and comfortable with your computer service experience. I do this by coming to your home or business and repairing your PC or Network for you! After providing an initial diagnosis and estimate, I can complete most needed upgrades or repairs on-site, ensuring that your computer system(s) work properly before I leave. In almost all cases, all work can be done in a single visit. All of this for a price that is competitive with what many shops charges for carry-in service. I do not charge for travel to and from your home or office.
I concentrate my efforts exclusively on home and small office computer users such as you that require greater attention to detail and personalized service. I do not maintain any retail stores, which allows me to keep costs low in order to provide you with competitive rates.
I will do everything in my power to make having your computer or network service a positive experience.

Computer Medics was awesome. The gentleman who came out to fix my computer was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I didn’t understand a lot of what was wrong with my computer and he explained it to me in terms I understood. He also went and got a part, and he came right back and took care of my computer. I even referred them to a friend, and they took really good care of my friend. She was really worried that she would have to get a new computer, but Jerry took good care of her and she was able to keep the one she had!! I would recommend them to anyone I know.
